HELP & POLICIES

Simple answers for the moments around your order.

From choosing the right essentials to waiting for a parcel or arranging a return, we want every part of shopping with INFANCIE by Mother’s Choice to feel calm, clear and considered. This page brings our key delivery, returns and product questions together in one place.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

From our hands to your home.

We know that when you order something for a little one, you are often waiting for more than a parcel. It may be part of a first bath, a hospital bag, a baby shower, a bedtime routine or a thoughtful gift. We aim to keep the journey clear from checkout to delivery.

Where we ship: the United States and the United Kingdom only. Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your address and shown in full before you pay; there is no free shipping threshold.

Delivery charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and the full cost is always shown before you pay. There is no free shipping threshold.

Order processing

Orders are usually picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, in both the United States and the United Kingdom. These are estimates rather than guarantees and can run longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays and severe weather.

1.  Order placed Your order is received and queued for preparation.
2. Prepared & dispatched Your items are packed carefully and passed to the delivery carrier.
3. On its way Use the tracking details provided to follow your parcel where available.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error soon after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched, although changes cannot always be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@infancie.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and email support@infancie.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.

Multiple items in one order

If your order contains several items they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. There is no extra charge for this.

RETURNS

If it is not quite right, we will help make it simple.

Babies grow, gifts change, colours look different in person and sometimes a product simply is not the right fit for your family. Our returns approach is designed to give you a clear and straightforward path when you need one.

Return window: 30 days from receipt, for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Return postage is yours unless we got the order wrong.

30-day returns

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt and are credited at 100% of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling. Contact customer care before sending anything back — we cannot accept returns that arrive unannounced.

Items that may not be eligible for return

For hygiene, safety or practical reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used or removed from protective packaging. This may include certain personal-care, feeding, hygiene or intimate-use baby products where returning the item would not be appropriate for another family.

Any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.

How to request a return

  • Email support@infancie.com within 30 days of receipt.
  • Include your order number and the item you would like to return.
  • Wait for return authorisation and the address before posting anything.

Refunds

Once an authorised return has been received and reviewed, the approved refund is issued to the original payment method. On a change-of-mind return, original shipping and handling, duties and taxes are not refunded. Different arrangements apply if we sent the wrong item or the product is damaged or faulty — contact customer care before returning it.

Original shipping charges

On a change-of-mind return, original shipping and handling charges are not refunded, and neither are duties or taxes. Different arrangements apply if we sent the wrong item or the product is damaged or faulty — contact customer care before returning it.

Return shipping costs

You pay return postage on any change-of-mind, sizing or preference return. We cover return postage only where we sent the wrong item or the product is damaged or faulty.

Wrong, damaged or faulty item

If we sent the wrong item, or your product arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact customer care within one week of receipt so we can resolve it. These returns are refunded in full.

Exchanges

Availability changes quickly across baby sizes, colours and seasonal designs, so a direct exchange is not always possible. Where it is not, the usual route is a return and a new order.

Gifts

If you received an INFANCIE or Mother’s Choice item as a gift and need help with a return, contact customer care with any order or purchase information available. We will explain the options that apply to the specific order.

Final sale items

All closeout and seasonal merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

Restocking fees

Returns sent outside the 30-day window without authorisation, and items that come back washed, worn, torn, dirty or out of their original packaging, may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25%, or declined. This is at the discretion of our returns department.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Helpful answers for everyday questions.

We have gathered the questions families are most likely to have before and after ordering, so you can find what you need without having to search through several different pages.

What is INFANCIE by Mother’s Choice?
INFANCIE is part of the Mother’s Choice family, bringing a softer, coordinated and design-led approach to everyday baby essentials. The focus is on practical products, gentle comfort and thoughtful details for real family routines.
How do I know which size to choose?
Where sizing applies, use the age, size and fit information shown on the individual product page. Because babies grow at different rates, age guidance should be used alongside the product’s specific measurements or fit notes where available.
Where can I find the material composition?
Material information varies by product, so the most accurate composition should always be shown on the individual product page. We keep material information product-specific rather than assuming one composition applies across an entire category.
How should I care for INFANCIE products?
Always follow the care label supplied with the product. Many everyday textile items are designed for practical family care, but washing temperature, drying guidance and other instructions can differ depending on the fabric and product construction.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. We do not currently run a free shipping offer. Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and the full cost is always shown before you pay.
How do I track my order?
If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be included with your dispatch information. Tracking may take a little time to update after the parcel first enters the carrier network.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact customer care as quickly as possible if you notice an address error. We will do our best to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment or carrier processing has started.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Check the latest tracking information first. If the parcel appears unusually delayed or tracking has stopped updating, contact us with your order number and we will help review the available information.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the affected item and packaging where relevant. This helps us understand the issue and provide the most appropriate next step.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions. Items should generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Are all products returnable?
Not always. Some products may be restricted from change-of-mind returns for hygiene, safety or practical reasons once opened or used. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items are handled separately in accordance with the rights that apply to the purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Once an eligible return is received, reviewed and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item for another size or colour?
Product availability can change quickly. Where direct exchanges are not available, you may need to return the eligible item and place a new order for the size, colour or variation you prefer.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Many INFANCIE and Mother’s Choice products are well suited to newborn gifting, baby showers and everyday milestones. Where gift-note or gifting options are available during shopping or checkout, you can use them to make the order more personal.
How can I contact customer care?
Use the Contact page on the website for order questions, product help, sizing guidance, delivery concerns or returns support. Including your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase helps us assist you more efficiently.
STILL NEED HELP?

We are here for the little details too.

Whether you are choosing a size, waiting for a parcel or arranging a return, you should not have to figure it out alone. Send us your question and we will help you find the clearest next step.

Our privacy policy explains how we may collect, use, and disclose certain personal information from your use of the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, as you browse and interact with the Services, Shopify collects, uses, processes, and stores personal information about your access to and use of the Services, including information about your transaction. Shopify may use this information for purposes including but not limited to providing, securing, and improving the Services; processing transactions; and helping prevent fraud on this website and on other websites that are powered by Shopify. Information collected when you visit or use the Services, including information collected automatically about your browsing activity, will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in other countries than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. Review our privacy policy and Shopify’s privacy policy for more details on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information.

11. Feedback

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use. We may, for example, use our rights under this license to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under the Terms of Service. You also represent and warrant that: (1) you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback; (2) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission of Feedback; and (3) your Feedback will comply with these Terms of Service. We are and shall be under no obligation (a) to maintain your Feedback in confidence; (b) to pay compensation for your Feedback; or (c) to respond to your Feedback. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene Feedback, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third-party.

12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required by applicable law.

13. Prohibited uses

13.1 You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with the these Terms of Service; (g) to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm INFANCIE, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.

13.2 In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agentic AI) or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, bypass, or circumvent the security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we employ to restrict access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

14. Agents

14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person's device, without direct supervision.

14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any service.

14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.

14.4 Agents must: (a) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (b) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (i) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (ii) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans, (c) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer, (d) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

15. Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; entire agreement, Assignment, Governing law, Privacy policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Services, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY INFANCIE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL INFANCIE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INFANCIE, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

19. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other laws that cannot be waived by contract. If any part of these Terms conflicts with those rights, those rights will apply.

20. Waiver; entire agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

21. Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be null and void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice to you.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where INFANCIE is headquartered or incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and INFANCIE consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You and INFANCIE consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.

23. Translations

The Terms of Service may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflicts between these English Terms of Service and Terms of Service available in another language, the most current English version of the Terms of Service will prevail. Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service will be resolved in English unless otherwise determined by INFANCIE (acting in its sole discretion) or as required by applicable law.

24. Headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

25. Electronic communications

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree that we may send you transactional and service-related communications electronically, including by email, in-account notice, or posting on the Services. These communications may relate to your orders, account, purchases, returns, these Terms of Service, or other Services-related matters. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

26. Changes to Terms of Service

Shipping policy

This policy explains where INFANCIE ships, what delivery costs, how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong. It applies to every order placed on www.infancie.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. US orders are dispatched from a warehouse in the United States and UK orders from a warehouse in the United Kingdom.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are not shipping there yet. Email support@infancie.com and we will let you know when we are.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 on orders under $30. Orders of $30 or more ship free. The same rates apply to both the United States and the United Kingdom, and the threshold is based on your order total before tax.

Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, and is always shown in full before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are usually picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch in both the United States and the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be longer during busy periods, or because of carrier delays, severe weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement.

Orders in more than one parcel

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. There is no extra charge for this.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. Once an order has been sent to the warehouse we cannot change the address. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may be chargeable.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes in every location. If a PO box is rejected at checkout, please use a street address.

Duties and taxes

US orders ship from within the United States and UK orders ship from within the United Kingdom, so there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email support@infancie.com with your order number and, if the parcel is damaged, a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Returns

For returns, exchanges and refunds, see our Return and refund policy.
